DATED : DECEMBER 03, 2019 This is an application for early hearing filed on behalf of the petitioner stating that his service was terminated way back on 27/11/2008 and that being out of employment he is facing financial hardship. On this ground, it is submitted that if the writ petition is heard and disposed of on merits at the earliest it would be in the interest of justice.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and petition is directed to be listed for final hearing in the week commencing 06/01/2020. Writ Petition No.3745 of 2019 The application for early hearing has been allowed today, but, it is pointed out by the learned AGP that respondents No.1 and 2 are yet to be served on merits. Hence, issue fresh notice to the respondents No.1 and 2, returnable in the week commencing 06/01/2020.
