This is 4th bail application for relaxation of condition No.8(ii) i.e. "the applicant shall not enter the territorial limits of Akot Tahsil, District Akola till the conclusion of trial.

The offence is under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the role of this applicant, the condition was imposed while granting bail. Now the trial is initiated. Three witnesses are examined.
