DATE : MARCH 24, 2015 Prayer is to permit the original claimants to withdraw the amounts as deposited by the appellant in this Court. It is submitted that the Claims Tribunal has awarded a sum of Rs.4,32,000/- with interest on account of the accident that claimed the life of their son.

Application is opposed by the learned counsel for the appellant on the ground that the amounts as awarded are without any evidence on record.

Considering the evidence on record, the claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount as deposited by the appellant in this Court on furnishing solvent surely to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).

Civil Application is allowed in aforesaid terms and disposed of.
