According to him, in revision application he has preferred an application for dismissal which is pending before the respondent No.1. He request this Court if direction is given to decide the application within time bound period, his grievance will be redressed.

In view of that, we direct respondent No.1-Joint Charity Commissioner, Nagpur to decide the application, preferred in Revision Application No. 4 of 2013 below Exh. 53, within six weeks from today.

The writ petition stands disposed of, in the above terms.
