The prayer is opposed by Mr. Kasat, learned counsel for respondent no.3.

Considering the reasons assigned, the delay in filing the First Appeal stands condoned, subject to applicant-appellant not being entitled for interest on the amount of compensation, if enhanced, for the period from 24nd September, 2013 till 23rd December, 2015. Civil Application is disposed of.
