The applicant is resident of Karnataka and has committed robbery by killing one Yadav. The applicant is having past criminal record. Further, purse of the deceased was recovered at the behest of the applicant. When the Court was about to dismiss the application, learned counsel for applicant submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
