By these applications, applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 770 days caused in filing the revision application, as well as restoration of the civil application, with permission to carry out the necessary compliance in the matter and to remove the office objections. 3.

The applicant has given specific reasons in the application, particularly in paragraphs Nos. 3 to 5. The said averments have not been controverted in the matter. Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, civil applications are allowed.

The order passed by Registrar (Judicial) dated 29/08/2023 is hereby quashed and set aside.
