In response to the notice issued by this Court the respondents have appeared.

Shri R.L. Khapre, Advocate for the respondents states that by the impugned order the respondents are not granted permission to withdraw the amount.

Shir G.G. Mishra, Advocate for the petitioners states that the respondents have filed an application before the Executing Court seeking permission to withdraw the amount and orders are not yet passed on it.

In view of the specific submission made on behalf of the respondents that by the impugned order permission is not granted to the respondent to withdraw the amount, in my view, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive. The petition is disposed accordingly. Parties to bear their own costs.
