DATED : 10/09/ By the order dated 30/10/2007, the learned Registrar (J.) of this Court directed that if the office objections were not removed within 14 days, the registration shall stand refused. The order of the Assistant Registrar dated 20/11/2007 records that as per the order passed by the learned Registrar (J.) on 30/10/2007, the first appeal stamp stood dismissed.

The applicant/appellant has filed the miscellaneous civil application praying for restoration of the first appeal and as there is delay in filing the application praying for restoration, the application praying for condonation of delay is also filed.

The office note dated 07/09/2018 states that claim for the purposes of jurisdiction in the first appeal is Rs. 6,00,000/- and in view of the Circular No. Rule/P3601/2015 dated 01/09/2015, the appeal is required to be transferred to the District Court, Amravati.

2 cao667.18 The appeal alongwith the miscellaneous civil applications be transferred to the District Court, Amravati. The learned District Judge, to whom the appeal would be assigned shall consider the miscellaneous civil applications on merits without being influenced by any order passed earlier. Office to take steps for transferring the papers to the District Court immediately. The appeal be transferred to the Court of Principal District Judge, Amravati. The appellants to appear before the learned Principal District Judge, Amravati on 19/11/2018 at 11:00 am.
