This revision is challenging the order passed by the learned Family Court, Nagpur. The revision was barred by limitation, therefore, an application for condonation of delay is filed.

This Court on 26.06.2015 considered the application for condonation of delay favourably (Coram:A.B. Chaudhari, J.), however, on a condition of the applicant depositing Rs.2000/- by way of cost for the non applicant wife. The said amount was not deposited. On 11.08.2015, two weeks time was also prayed on behalf of applicant and that was granted.

Again, on 08.09.2015, two weeks time was granted by way of last chance to deposit Rs.2000/-. However, the amount is not deposited. Hence, in view of order dated 26.06.2015, Criminal Application No. 220/2014 is dismissed. Consequently, Criminal Revision filed by the applicant is also dismissed.
