The petitioner has prayed for premature release. From the perusal of the affidavit-in-reply, it could be seen that the petitioner has been categorized in Category No. 4.2 taking into consideration the nature of offence committed by him. We see no reason to consider the prayer as made in the petition. The Criminal Writ Petition is rejected. Fees payable to the learned Counsel appointed for the petitioner are quantified at Rs.1500/-.
