Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 2nd April, 2018 disclosure as required by Section 11(8) and Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is received from the proposed learned Arbitrator. Hence, the following order:

Shri S.R.Dongaonkar, Former Judge of this Court, is appointed as Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties.

The applicant shall deposit Rs.Ten Thousand with the Registry of this Court within six weeks towards processing charges.

The application is disposed accordingly. No costs.
