Prayer is to restore the Second Appeal as its registration was refused for non-removal of office objections. For the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed. The order refusing registration is revoked. However, applicant to pay costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee within a period of four weeks from today. Similarly objections if any, be removed within four weeks from today. If aforesaid directions are not complied, the earlier order refusing registration shall revive.

M.C.A. is allowed and disposed of.
