He is seeking time to move appropriate application seeking amendment. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri N.R. Rode for the non-applicant/State submits that the application seeking discharge can be moved before the Trial Court. Hence, without observing anything on merits, we dispose of the proceedings with liberty to the applicant to move appropriate application before the Trial Court.
