Learned Senior Counsel Mr.A.S. Mardikar, submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present revision application. He submits that the order dated 30.09.2014 below Exh.-171 shall not weigh the mind of the learned Judge while considering the case of the present applicant at the time of framing of the charge.

The prayer is accepted. Criminal Revision Application No.183/2014 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The interim order granted by this Court on 20.03.2015 stands vacated.
