As the petitioners are challenging the award passed in Accident Claim Petition and the order passed on review, remedy is available by way of an appeal. 3.

In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file appeal. The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. The interim order passed by this Court vide order dated 24/11/2023 shall continue for three weeks from today.
