By this application, respondent no. 1/claimant is seeking for withdrawal of compensation amount. The acquiring body has deposited the amount of Rs.2,97,492/- with the Reference Court and Rs.4,88,915/- in this Court. For the reasons stated in the application, the respondent no. 1 is permitted to withdraw 75 per cent of the amount on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Reference Court and Registrar (Judicial).
