The limited relief sought for by the Petitioner in this petition is declaration of her result for Winter 3rd (II) Year MBBS (Major) Winter Examination, 2019. The learned Counsel for the Respondent University states that he has received instructions and that having examined the examination form, which is annexed to the petition, that the result of the Petitioner will be declared within a period of one week. 4.
