The learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw this application with a prayer for issuing directions to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the case, preferably within 36 months. Leave, as prayed for, is granted and it is directed that the trial of the case pending against the applicant and others shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six months from the date of the order. The learned Special Counsel for the C.B.I. makes a statement that the C.I.B. shall make special arrangement for assigning this case exclusively to one of it's Public Prosecutors, so that the trial could be concluded as soon as possible. The criminal revision is disposed of as withdrawn with the above referred directions.
