DATED : AUGUST 26, 2019 Heard learned counsel for the appellant. On the question of condonation of delay, the respondents have appeared through counsel. Although prayer for condonation of delay is opposed, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the delay is condoned.
Civil Application (CAF) No.1927/2019 This is an application for grant of stay. Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Subject to applicant depositing entire amount of compensation as granted by the Tribunal along with interest before this Court within a period of six weeks from today, the impugned order passed by the Tribunal shall remain stayed. It is made clear that if the said amount is not deposited within the stipulated period of six weeks in this Court, the present application shall stand dismissed.
