Pursuant to the order dated 9.7.2019, the custody of the children is handed over to the wife.

The learned counsel Shri M. Ateeque on instructions from the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Shri A. Kukday, the learned counsel for the wife has no objection if the petition is withdrawn unconditionally. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn unconditionally.
