Shri M. L. Vairagade, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the issue can be said to be covered by Government Resolution date 02/02/2024 as the appointment of the petitioner was pursuant to recruitment process which was commenced in 2000.

In view of aforesaid statement, it appears that the issue is covered by the Government Resolution dated 02/02/2024. Therefore, the Old Pension Scheme would be applicable to the petitioner. As a sequel of above, the respondent-employer is directed to make necessary deductions from the salary being paid to the petitioner accordingly." 3.
