This is an application for relaxation of condition. 2.

The condition which was imposed by this Court while granting the bail is that the applicant was directed to attend the Police Station once in a week on Monday between 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., till conclusion of the trial. 3.

Now, the investigation is completed and trial is at on the verge of commencement.

Considering the same, further attendance of applicant at police station is not required. In view of that, the application deserves to be allowed by relaxing the condition of appearance of the applicant. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order:

a] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station once in a month on 1st day of every month between 10 .00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m.
