The respondent seeks minor correction in the order dated 18.10.2019. It is informed that, the amount of compensation is deposited in the Labour Court, but inadvertently it has been mentioned as "in this Court". In view of that, application is allowed.

Correction be made in paragraph no. 3 of the order dated 18.10.2019 to substitute the words "in Labour Court" instead of "in this Court".

Correction be carried out accordingly. The Civil Application stands disposed accordingly.

Stand over to 03.01.2020.
