11th February, 2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that a representation is already made to the respondent no.1 and that in connected Writ Petition, an order has been passed on 6th August, 2018 [page 27] that if any such representation is made, it shall be decided by the Chief Executive Officer within next six weeks, and, so, he seeks same order from this Court. As the representation is already made and an order for deciding the representation has also been passed by this Court in similar matters, we have no difficulty in granting the request made today on behalf of the petitioner. The

respondent no.1 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within next six weeks.

Keeping all contentions open, the petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
