The appellants is seeking permission for withdrawal of compensation amount deposited with the Tribunal. The appeal is already decided by this Court vide order dated 18.06.2019.

In view of that, the appellants are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation as per award. The appellant has informed that the during the course of time appellant no. 4 is dead, and therefore entire amount be disbursed equally to appellant nos. 1 to 3.

Civil Application stands disposed accordingly. JUDGE Trupti
