This is an application for condonation of 18 days delay in preferring the second appeal.

The contention is that wife of the counsel was suffering from ailment and therefore, delay is caused in filing the appeal.

The application is objected on the ground that the reason is not genuine and in the era of technology it convenient to access the development of the case. 5.

Considering the submissions coupled with the discharge summery, a case is made out for condonation of delay. Consequently, the delay is condoned. Appeal be registered.

The application stands disposed of.
