The petitioner, a lawyer by profession, has approached the respondent - Corporation with the representation dated 9th July, 2021, which was duly acknowledged by the said respondent-Authorities for redressal of his grievance. According to Mr. Mohod, the construction of sewer line was carried out in a faulty manner which is causing not only the nuisance but is also hazardous to the health of local residence.

We have perused the said representation.

Pursuant to the direction issued by this Court, Mr. Kunte, learned counsel waives notice for respondent nos.1 and 2. 4.
We direct the respondent nos.1 and 2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner, which is brought to their notice by communication dated 9th July, 2021 asking them for the action taken for the same and thereby redressing his grievance.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of. 5.
In view of disposal of writ petition, Civil Application (CAW) No.3531/2023 stands disposed of.
