Heard learned counsel for the applicant to some extent, perused the entire record and the impugned judgment. From which it reveals that a mentally retarded girl was subjected for the sexual assault. After going through the entire evidence, i.e., evidence of the victim, other witnesses, as well as medical evidence, I have shown my disinclination to suspend the sentence.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to not press the application.
