Heard learned counsel appointed for the appellant and Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Learned counsel for appellant to remove office objection within one week.

We have gone through the reasons stated in the application seeking condonation of delay. It is submitted in the application that the applicant is behind the bars for considerable long period. It is further submitted that the applicant is not conversant with the legal proceedings. It is also submitted that the applicant is having poor

financial condition and this also prevented the applicant to take necessary steps and as such delay in filing the appeal as occurred.

Considering the grounds raised in the application the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Appeal No. _________/2017 Heard.
