DATE : 13-10-2025 Respondent No.1/applicant has filed the present application for withdrawal of 50% of the compensation amount Rs.1,75,56,716/- deposited by the appellant in this Court on 2509-2025. 2.

The learned Counsel for the appellant has opposed the said withdrawal of the deposited amount.

The learned Arbitrator has awarded the compensation which has been confirmed by the trial Court, Yavatmal vide its order dated 23-08-2024. Pursuant to the said award, the appellant authority has deposited only 50% amount in this Court.

I do not find any impediment in allowing respondent No. 1 to withdraw 50% of the amount as deposited by the appellant. As per the said award, the amount shall be transferred into the

2 aa 70.25 bank account of respondent No.1 along with accrued interest thereon within a period of four weeks from today, upon furnishing the bank account details and also undertaking to that effect.
