This is an application for condonation of delay of 92 days caused for depositing the amount of compensation as per the judgment dated 24.04.2024.

Perused the application.

Learned advocate for applicant-respondent no.2 submits that the cheque for an amount of Rs.3,48,437=00 is ready and it can be deposited within a week.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed as the delay is not deliberately caused. The application is allowed, subject to condition to deposit the cheque within a week. If the cheque is not deposited within a week, the application shall be deemed to be rejected without further order of the court. 5.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
