Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the investigation has been completed. We however, quote paragraph 2 from the affidavit in reply dated 19.03.2015, filed by Mr D. M. Sayare, PSI, P. S. Wani, which reads thus:

"2.

I state that, I have conducted the investigation in the present matter and collected various papers and also recorded the statement of various witnesses and came to the conclusion that there is no sufficient evidence to prosecute the accused persons. Hence I have submitted C-Summary report to the Sub Divisional Police Officer wherein the

crwp1093.14 copy of letter issued by me to the Sub Divisional Police Officer.

I state that after granting permission from the Senior Officer, necessary steps will be taken in the present crime."

In view of above, we make the following order.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Writ Petition No.1093/2014 is disposed of.
