1] The learned Advocates for the respective sides submit that pursuant to the orders of this Court and especially the last order dated 18.11.2019, the learned District Judge-I, Gadchiroli was directed to decide Regular Civil Appeal Nos.41 to 47 of 2015 within six weeks. It is informed that respondent No.2 in this petition has passed away and since he was unmarried, his legal heirs are already on record.

2] Considering the above, the learned District Judge-I, Gadchiroli is directed to decide the Regular Civil Appeal Nos.41 to 47 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 10.3.2020. The litigating sides would complete their oral submissions in the said appeals on or before 10.2.2020.

2 wp575.16 3] Until the said appeals are decided or 10.3.2020, whichever is earlier, the ad interim protection granted by this Court vide order dated 29.1.2016, shall continue.

4] In view of the above, this petition is disposed off.
