OCTOBER 13, 2025 1) The present petition is directed against the order 20/10/2023 passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Malkapur below Exh.66 in RCS No.65/2017, whereby the application seeking appointment of Court Commissioner was rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the evidence is already closed.

2) Therefore, I do not find any reason to interfere in the order impugned. In view of that petition stands dismissed. All the points are kept open.
