The petitioner, who is the daughter of original CL-III licence holder, has applied for transfer of the licence in the name of legal heirs of deceased father since the father had died.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Collector to decide application as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of eight weeks from today.
