According to him, some enquiry is going against him, but he has not been given an opportunity of hearing. Our attention is brought to the representation dated 06.10.2025, which is produced at Page No.24. 3.

In that view of the matter, we direct respondent-Principal Chief Security Commissioner, CSMT, RPF, Mumbai, Central Railway, to decide representation dated 06.10.2025 in accordance with law, within four weeks from receipt of this order. 4.
