Vide order dated 14.10.2025, the First Information Report in question was quashed, subject to the payment of costs Rs.15,000/- by the applicants and by the non-applicant No.2 to the Library of the Office of the Government Pleader, High Court and High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, respectively. The Office note shows that the payment of costs has not been paid.

The learned counsel for the applicants and nonapplicant No.2 have tendered across the bar a Pursis along with receipts evidencing payment of the costs as directed by this Court.
