By this application, the applicant has pointed out that there is a miscalculation while calculating the amount of interest. Consequently, in the operative part of the order, the less amount is recorded.

The perusal of the order shows that there is an apparent mistake while calculating the amount. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondents states that he has raised objection about the grant of amount to the extent of 1,37,000/- and, therefore, considering this fact the calculation done by this court cannot be said to be a typographical mistake. 4.

However, I am of the opinion that there is a typographical mistake because in para 22 there is a specific mention of calculation of the amount. Hence, the application is allowed.

The order of this court be corrected in para 22 by replacing the figure of Rs.7,000/- instead of Rs.700/- and

2 03 CAF 3946.25.odt valuation of the land Rs.1,37,000/- per hectare in para 22 as well as in the operative part of the order. After correction of the same, corrected order be uploaded.

The application is allowed.
