Shri S. K. Majid learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4 states that the term of Grampanchayat Dawlameti came to an end in August 2015 after which fresh elections have been held. The order impugned in the present writ petition relates to the earlier term of the Grampanchayat. In view of the fact that the term of the Grampanchayat itself has come to an end, the challenge raised in the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
