Heard.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader raises a preliminary objection to the tenability of the writ petition. It is stated that the petitioner had sought similar relief by filing Writ Petition No.2902 of 2013 and the said writ petition was dismissed by this Court on 22.01.2014. It is stated that though this Court had declined to entertain the writ petition, the petitioner was granted liberty to take other steps. It is stated that in stead of taking proper steps to seek the redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has again approached this Court by filing the instant writ petition. In view of the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader and on a perusal of the writ petition we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition on the principles akin to the principles of Res Judicata.

The writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
