Heard Advocate Shri Gandhe for the applicant. He has submitted that Judicial Magistrate First Class Court No.4, Wardha wrongly not considered the income of applicant (husband) and granted interim maintenance of Rs.15,000/- per month and the said order is confirmed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Wardha. Shri I.J. Damle, learned Advocate for the respondent-wife. He has pointed out finding recorded by Judicial Magistrate First Class and first Appellate Court. From the findings recorded by the first Appellate Court in paragraph 8, it is clear that the applicant is having salary of Rs.81,124.63/- per month. He is getting net salary of Rs.43,432/-. He is having one flat at Nagpur, having agricultural land and house property at Amravati. Relationship is not in dispute. Applicant-wife has moved application for interim maintenance. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class as well as the Additional Sessions

revn205.18.O.odt Judge, Wardha rightly recorded their finding. There is no merit in the revision. In that view of the matter, the revision is dismissed with no order as to costs.
