1] Criminal Application (Appln.) No.3471/2009 is disposed by this Court by judgment dated 15th October, 2019. One of the direction given by this Court is that the non-applicant No.1 - Police Station Officer shall conduct the investigation according to law and submit report before learned Magistrate till 29th January, 2020. 2] Now, this criminal application is filed by the non-applicant No.1 - Police Station Officer praying that the original submission dated 8th June, 2008 filed by Govindlal Bansilal Sarda in Writ Petition No.2130/2008 be given to the Police Station Officer to enable him to send it to the Handwriting Expert.

2 appp1874.19 3] In our view, this prayer will have to be made by filing proper application in Writ Petition No.2130/2008. Granting liberty to the non-applicant No.1 - Police Station Officer accordingly, criminal application is disposed.
