Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Perused the record. It seems that by order dated 06-12-2023, the respondent was directed to take instructions from the Collector, Chandrapur as to the date on which the meeting of the Governing Council of the District Mineral Foundation Trust, District Chandrapur shall be conveyed in consonance with the Rules 7 and 10 of the Maharashtra District Mineral Foundation (Trust) Rules, 2016. In pursuance of the said order, today, learned Additional Government Pleader produced a communication dated 07-12-2023 before the Court and informed that the respondent has decided to conduct the meeting by the end of December 2023.
