DATE : 21.11.2018 As per directions of this Court vide order dated 14.12.2017, the applicant is attnding Police Station, Wardha (City), once in a week.

Shri R.K.Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that since last one year, the applicant is regularly attending the Police Station Wardha (City). Since the investigation is near about completed, there is no need to continue his attendance.

Shri S.D.Sirpurkar, learned APP for the state, has no objection to relax the condition.

Hence, the application is allowed. The condition in
