In view of the Pursis dated 22.12.2025, filed in both the petitions, stating that Mahatma Gandhi Antarrashtriya Hindi Vishwa Vidyalaya, Wardha has decided to withdraw the order dated 27.1.2024 impugned in the present petitions, without prejudice and reserving the right of the University, with liberty to take appropriate action against the petitioner for the misconduct committed by him, by fowling the due process and in accordance with law, nothing survives in the petitions.
