The petitioners have moved this application praying for amendment and for bringing on record certain subsequent developments after the filing of the petition. 3.

Since, the notices are not yet issued to the respondents, no prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the present application is allowed.

Accordingly, the civil application is allowed and disposed of.

The petitioner to carry out amendment within a period of two days.

The petitioners seek challenge to the impugned Government Resolution dated 30/04/2025 and the Government Corrigendum dated 28/05/2025 issued by respondent No.1 pursuant to provide precedence to the employees of the Municipal Corporation in Zilla Parishad.

In view of the above, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 06/11/2025.

Ms Kavita Bhondge, learned AGP waives notice for respondent No.1/State.

In addition to regular mode, the petitioner is permitted to serve respondent Nos.2 and 3 by all modes as permissible in law.

In the meanwhile, the parties to maintain status quo as on today in respect of the petitioners.
