The prayer of the petitioner is for issuing directions to the respondents to supply the copy of First Information Report, Final Report Form, the documents pertaining to the allegation against him and for the expeditious trial.

Learned APP contended that charge-sheet has been filed in the present case and the copy has been served upon the otherside. She tendered her report in that regard.
