This is an application for grant of bail.

Heard learned counsel Shri A.R.Wagh for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri N.B.Jawade for the State.

The applicant is arrested on 26.8.2019 in connection with Crime No.54/2019 registered with Dhanora Police Station, Gadchiroli for offences punishable under Sections 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 65(a)(e), 83, and 98 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act.

According to the prosecution case, first informant Saira Islamuddin Shaikh along with other members of Committee, which is working against liquor, were searching as to anybody is selling liquor in Gadchiroli district. According to the First Information Report, they noticed a vehicle. The prosecution case is that the said .....2/-

ba1108.19 4 vehicle having registration No.MH-33/T-0899 was driven by the applicant and he tried to run over Saira Islamuddin Shaikh. However, she was pulled by another lady Bindia Madkam who is also one of prosecution witnesses. 5.

Entire investigation is over and chargesheet is already filed.

In this view of the matter, I pass following order:

ORDER

(1) The criminal application is allowed.

(2) Applicant-Vyankatesh s/o Narayan Bahirwar, in connection with Crime No.54/2019 registered with Dhanora Police Station, Gadchiroli for offences punishable under Sections 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 65(a)(e), 83, and 98 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, be released on bail on his executing a P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one solvent surety of the like amount.

(3) The applicant shall attend the police station once in 15 days, till Trial is culminated.

With this, the criminal application stands disposed of accordingly.
