The petition questions the order dated 23.01.2023, passed by Respondent No. 2, Principal Secretary, Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance, State of Maharashtra, which rejected the petitioner's proposal for starting new courses.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the identical issue was raised in Writ Petition No.1493/2023 (Drushti Samajik Seva Santha, Wardha Vs. The State of Maharashtra and another), Writ Petition No.5360/2023 (Shri Saptashrungi Kulswami Gramin Vikas Sanstha, Wardha Vs. The State of Maharashtra and another) and Writ Petition No.1848/2023 (Kamal Vidya Prasarak Mandal, Amravati Vs. State of Maharashtra and another); and the impugned order was quashed and set aside and, therefore, he submitted that similar order may be passed in the present matter.

In response to this, the learned Assistant Government Pleader admitted the said fact and submitted to the order of the Court.

Having considered the above submissions and perusing the record, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the present petition in terms of what has been held in the abovecited decisions. Hence, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the decision in Writ Petition No.1493/2023. Accordingly, Respondent No. 1 is directed to reconsider the petitioner's proposal afresh and decide it in accordance with the law applicable, within a period of six weeks from today. No costs.
